Agreements and Supplements

2.1 Individual Eligibility:

• Citizens: Any Bangladeshi citizen who meets age and identification requirments.
• Foreign Nationals: Non-Resident and foreign nationals are eligible to make investments, provided they submit the required documentations.

2.2 Entity Eligibility :

• Corporations: Registered companies, partnerships, corporate trusts, and other legal entitites can make investment.
• Government and Semi-government Bodies: This eligibility extends to government agencies, municipalities, and other governmental institutions.

2.3 Documentation requirements.

All applicants must comply with local and international laws and regulations. Company reserves the right to request additional information or documentation as necessary.

3.1 Investment amounts:

Investment amounts range from $100 to $1000, depending on the selected packages.

3.2 Package names

The company has an offer agreement page that outlines various packages, including Daily, Weekend, Monthly, Double Benefit, Aeroplane, and Rocket options, each with specified flexible profit rates.

3.3 Tenure

The standard tenure for our investment packages is 90 days.

4.1 Payment Method

Investments can be made through bank transfers, credit cards, or other electronic payment systems specified by the company.

4.2 Investment Confirmation

Upon receipt of investment, Needy Share provides a confirmation receipt or legal supplementation detailing the amount and terms of the agreement.

4.3 Multiple Investments

Clients are permitted to hold multiple active investments; however, each must adhere to the standardized minimum and maximum limits.

5.1 Profit Calculation:

Profits are calculated based on net earnings from company activities after standard deductions for operational costs, taxes, and relevant expenses.

5.2 Profit Distribution:

Profits are distributed on a pre-defined schedule (daily, monthly, or yearly) as per the specific investment agreement.

6.1 Conditions for Withdrawal

• Investors may request premature withdrawal under specified conditions.
• A formal written request must be submitted via the platform or official channels at least 5 working days prior to the desired date.
• All requests are subject to internal audit and final company approval.

6.2 Profit Adjustment

For premature withdrawals, profits are adjusted relative to the package type. Daily and Weekend packages are ineligible for profit sharing upon early redemption.

7.1 Maturity Notification

Needy Share notifies investors 5 working days prior to maturity, providing options for renewal, reinvestment, or settlement.

7.2 Settlement Options

• Liquidation: Full withdrawal of principal and accrued profits.
• Rollover: Reinvestment into a new term under current market rates.
• P2P Transfer: Transfer of investment interest to qualified third parties, subject to a 5-day verification period.
